Community Guidelines

Safety and respect

• Threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination and targeting people for abuse are prohibited.
• Do not share content glorifying violence, calling for real harm or encouraging self-harm.
• Do not publish personal data such as private addresses, phone numbers, identity, health or financial information without permission.

Child protection and sexual content

• Content and conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, threats and explicit adult pornography are prohibited.
• Report content endangering a child without engaging with it. In an emergency, contact local law enforcement.

Originality, copyright and honesty

• Share only content and music you own or have permission to use.
• Impersonation, misleading accounts, fake giveaways, fraud and manipulative links are prohibited.
• Do not manipulate INDEX scores or rankings with bots, purchased engagement, multiple accounts or coordinated methods.

Illegal and dangerous activities

• Do not offer illegal goods/services, drugs, weapons, human trafficking, fraud or instructions for crime.
• Do not encourage dangerous challenges that could realistically lead users to serious injury.
• Do not distribute malware, phish, access systems without authorization or exploit vulnerabilities.

Advertising, synthetic content and accurate information

• Clearly identify advertising/sponsorship in content shared in exchange for payment, gifts or a commercial relationship.
• Do not misleadingly present synthetic or substantially altered images that appear to depict real people or events; disclose their synthetic nature in the description.
• Do not share deceptive content that could cause serious harm to health, safety or the public interest.

Spam and platform integrity

• Do not post repetitive unwanted content, mass follows/comments, misleading tags or irrelevant advertising.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access limits or disrupt the service.
• Do not abuse reporting or blocking tools to harass others.

Enforcement and appeals

Content removal, muting, reduced access, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or account closure may be applied. Serious or urgent violations may be acted on without advance notice.

Use Report in the content or user menu. To appeal a decision, write to index.app@outlook.com with your username and the relevant content.

Evading enforcement, fabricating evidence or coordinating reports to silence others is a separate violation. Supply a post link and specific reasons to help review. Appealing a decision or submitting a good-faith report is not itself grounds for enforcement.
